21 Day Reset (5 workouts per week, 2 active rest days)
The 21 Day Reset is a Pilates and fitness program that will transform your well-being from the inside out.
Every week for 3 weeks you’ll complete 5 classes with 2 active rest days, while also holding yourself accountable to hit 7000- 10000 steps a day. By mixing these workouts and adding light cardio, you’ll build lean muscle, improve strength, and see results.
