When you have been given the go-ahead by your doctor to commence some gentle postnatal movement and pelvic floor work, these exercises will help you to re-connect and strengthen your body.
You will need 2 x light hand weights (1kg or similar) and a Pilates mini ball, or a towel or pillow/cushion.
