Our 4th LIVE class is a full body strength and endurance circuit with cardio.
Warming up with 7 minutes of dance cardio, followed by 2 x circuits and a stretch.
Circuit 1- mini band (or ankle weights, or both) and a stable chair.
Circuit 2- stable chair and weights (1-2kg).
